COIPOR Company is a team composed of a group of like-minded veterans in the intellectual property field.
Every member of the COIPOR team firmly believes that intellectual property is a powerful tool to help clients protect their market or expand it, rather than a certificate to be hung on the wall for show.
Every member of the COIPOR team underwent rigorous U.S. patent skills training during their initial learning phase, complemented by extensive practical exercises with Chinese cases. The three most experienced members of the team first gained substantial hands-on experience with actual cases in China before proceeding to Southwestern Law School (www.swlaw.edu) for theoretical studies. There, they particularly studied comparative intellectual property systems across multiple countries, including China and the U.S., under the guidance of Professor Alan Chen, renowned in the field of U.S. intellectual property. After graduation, the three members returned to China and promptly founded COIPOR Company, hiring Professor Chen as an advisor. Together, they have contributed their expertise to China's intellectual property practice.
